Bookworms Paradise

I read a lot! And by a Lot i mean there is always a book open near me and it really does not matter what it is i will read it. Books nurture your imagination, keep your brain working and give you paper cuts.
This morning i received  Raindale's newest release for the new round of the 2nd Level Event starting Friday the 13th!

I am always amazed by the things Julie the Owner of White Widow comes up even though she can stomp me sometimes like this piece she did for Winter Trend last month. I have done at least 9 shoots throughout December for this but never actually liked any of them so i scrapped them, lol i know you are thinking ' What a waste of time!'. I do not care who you are, as a girl there are times when you just want some sparkle, it is in our nature it is part of what makes us female i think. 
In RL i do not do sparkle and glamour to often, i actually can not remember the last time i have done so, lol, but it is nice once in a blue moon to just dress up and make yourself look sparkly!  .::Supernatural::.  brought out two sets one for Cosmopolitan and one for The Project Se7en and combined together they have just the right amount of sparkle !

Holiday Kindness

Yes, yes i know i said i was going on Holiday break, but ya know Crap happens and usually to me lol. While i am impatiently waiting on my Holiday break to start, i so hope with in the next day or so, i decided to give you a look in to my personal SL home. Right before i went on break Cwtch. send me this print with a quote from Aesop: 'No act of kindness, however small, is ever wasted.' 
With all the things going on in this world that quote seems more true then ever and to add to that a little we should all think about the little acts of judgement we do on a daily basis that keep us from being kind to one another. Anything, even something as small as a true smile can be kind in some ones eyes and maybe brighten up their day just a little, you never know what they might be going through.
With that said my family and i wish you all a Happy Holiday season and a blessed New Year !

Merry Christmas

For the next couple of weeks there will not be many posties from me as I am preparing to spend my last Christmas at home with my mother and siblings. I think it has slowly started to hit me that I will again be packing my kids up and moving them not only across country but across an ocean.
